Mandarin 2 Final Class and Cooking Demonstration

Saturday, December 17, was the last day of Prof. Zhang Xia's Mandarin II class. After conducting a brief review and distributing certificates to the graduates, she led a demonstration of traditional Chinese cooking. The students and guests got to help in the preparation (and eating) of Chinese dumplings and Sichuan "hot pot." All in all, it was an excellent (and delicious) way to finish out the academic year.
